We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Exchanges are only allowed for items that were delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed if:

  • The item you ordered is out of stock or

  • You received a wrong or damaged product and we cannot provide a replacement.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.


❌ Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on:

  • Used or opened products

  • Makeup, skincare, or personal care items unless defective

  • Items purchased during a sale or promotion


📦 Return Shipping

  • For exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.
